Seals between grate plates are carefully casted parts, preventing clinker leakage
●采用固定式合理傾斜角度的進(jìn)料口設(shè)計，防止堆雪人現(xiàn)象發(fā)生
Proper inclined design for fixed inlet part prevents formation of snow men
●在篦床下設(shè)置風(fēng)量穩(wěn)流自調(diào)節(jié)閥，防止冷卻風(fēng)短路
Self-adjusting control valves are placed under the grate plates, avoiding cooling air short circuit
●可配套熟料錘式破碎機或輥式破碎機，輥式破碎機有中置和尾置兩種形式
Equipped with hammer crusher or roller crusher; the roller crusher can be installed in the middle or at the end of the cooler;
●采用中置輥破，大塊熟料或窯皮經(jīng)破碎后在二段篦床繼續(xù)冷卻，效率高，出料溫度更低
With a roller crusher in the middle, large clinker pieces or chunks from fallen kiln coating can crushed for further cooling, which provides lower clinker temperature.
