適用于抗壓強(qiáng)度較低的粉質(zhì)砂巖、頁巖、粘土和凍土等粘性物料的破碎。工藝流程簡單，解決了物料的粘結(jié)和堵塞問題，維修保養(yǎng)方便，生產(chǎn)安全可靠。

The gap between rollers is adjustable to cater to the output granular size of different materials
●輥齒磨損到一定程度，可調(diào)整兩輥間隙以保證產(chǎn)品粒度，并可方便地更換輥皮。
In case the roller teeth are worn, output granular size can be guaranteed by adjusting the roller gap. The
toothed rollers sleeve are easily replaceable;
●移動(dòng)輥的軸承座可做水平移動(dòng)，當(dāng)有不能破碎的異物進(jìn)機(jī)時(shí)，將異物排出，保護(hù)機(jī)器不受損傷。
The bearing housing of the movable roller can slide horizontally to expel foreign matter thus protecting the
machine from damages;
●柔性樹脂簾可防止含水粘性物料粘附在腔體內(nèi)部。
The flexible resin curtain can prevent viscous material from adhering to the inner cavity of the machine;
●刮泥裝置可防止物料粘輥，使齒面清潔，保持應(yīng)有的剪切和擠壓作用。
The viscous material scraping device prevents material from sticking to the rollers, which keeps the toothed
surface clean so that its shearing and pressing force is retained;
●四個(gè)主軸承既可單獨(dú)潤滑，又可集中潤滑。
Alternative lubrication methods are available for the four main bearings - either separate lubrication or
centralized grease lubrication.
