Suitable for crushing sticky materials with low compressive strength such as silty sandstone, shale, clay and frozen soil. The process is simple, which solves the problems of material adhesion and clogging, is easy to repair and maintain, and is safe and reliable in production.
●The gap between rollers is adjustable to cater to the output granular size of different materials
●In case the roller teeth are worn, output granular size can be guaranteed by adjusting the roller gap. The
toothed rollers sleeve are easily replaceable;
●The bearing housing of the movable roller can slide horizontally to expel foreign matter thus protecting the
machine from damages;
●The flexible resin curtain can prevent viscous material from adhering to the inner cavity of the machine;
●The viscous material scraping device prevents material from sticking to the rollers, which keeps the toothed
surface clean so that its shearing and pressing force is retained;
●Alternative lubrication methods are available for the four main bearings - either separate lubrication or
centralized grease lubrication.
