Structural features of clinker conveyor
SINOMA-TCDRI pan conveyors feature a rational and reliable structure as well as an advanced process. ●The head sprocket group use double wedge positioning, installation and adjustment become easier.
●The sprocket split design, just replace the gear ring when the sprocket wear.
●Gear ring divided into multiple pieces so that gear block can replace easier.
●Gear ring is double tangent teeth，when the sprocket turns two circles, every teeth only joggles once. It can have a longer using life.
●Gear ring connected by the expansion sets and hub, it can increase shear-section of the connection, and improve the shear strength and life time of connecting bolt.

●It can be conveyed horizontally and obliquely，and the conveying angle is large.
●The conveying height can reach more than 70 meters and the conveying distance can reach 200 meters.
●The load-bearing and traction of the equipment are separated, and the chain only plays a role of traction.
●Flexible configuration and can choose forging chain or plate chain, bucket or hopper according to the working conditions.
●Driving device has different arrangement.
●Special hot material conveyor is suitable for 450 ℃ - 600 ℃ high temperature materials.
