Лифт с резиновой лентой, армированной стальным кордом
Ленточный ковшовый лифт серии SINOMA-TCDRI TBD используется для подъема сыпучих материалов, таких как сырьевая мука и цемент.
Конструктивные особенности

Головной и хвостовой шкивы имеют барабанную форму, что позволяет автоматически корректировать выравнивание ремня;

Головной шкив в верхней части состоит из сегментированной фрикционной накладки, что удобно для ремонта и замены;

Хвостовой шкив имеет клеточную конструкцию, что предотвращает скопление материала;

Резиновые прокладки, помещенные между ковшами и лентой, служат в качестве амортизации при прохождении ковшей через головной и хвостовой шкивы;

Крепление ковшей и ремня осуществляется с помощью конических креплений, закрепленных на небольшой опорной пластине с шайбой в форме бабочки, которая препятствует перемещению креплений.

SINOMA-TCDRI NB bucket elevators are mainly used for vertical transportation of bulk materials. They are
categorized into three types: NBC type, NBS type and NBH type.
NBC bucket elevator: suitable for elevating limestone and clinker at a medium to low speed;
NBS bucket elevator: suitable for elevating granulated material or powder at a low speed;
NBH (NBH-C) bucket elevator: high speed bucket elevators developed from NBS bucket elevators; due to increased elevation speed, at same capacity, compared with NBS bucket elevators, this type of bucket elevator is smaller size and thus is a more economic choice.
